Creating a merchant

Endpoint for creating a merchant, which will later be referenced when generating Pix transactions. The merchant_id you provide in this request must be the same value used when creating a Pix order, as described in: Creating a Pix transaction. This guarantees the correct linkage between the merchant and the transaction.
